I did not want to write a review until I got my money back. I ordered without seeing review (dumb I know) and the timing of the product arriving was whatever. I wasn't in a real hurry but it did take a little longer then what I expected. When the shirts arrived one had a rip on the color and one was too small. ( I ordered 3) the one i kept was just a holiday shirt so I don't hate it so I kept it. When I tried to return you have to start a ticket with a customer service person and they take about 24 hours to respond. They kept negotiating with me to keep the items and they will return 10% back, I obviously said no, cant use the items so they went to 25%, 30% and up until I had to get aggressive (with my text) and told them I don't want the items and I want my full refund. I had to pay for the shipping return which was about the same and what they were going to give me back. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER refer this company to anyone. Dont shop here!!!!!! If you don't mind cheaply made clothes shop at Shein.
