Awful experience. The dress I ordered did not fit when I tried to return it they offered me 10% off and I could keep the dress. I explained I did not want to keep the dress I would never wear it and then was offered a 20% refund and I could keep the dress. Again I said I wanted a refund and then I got a sarcastic email back about my precious time and offered a 40% refund. Below is a copy of the chat that went back and forth.
