ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! CHICME cancel my order and when I tried to reach someone in customer service they sent me a message saying that I did not meet the requirements that was requested of me for my identity. They have my bank account information, my name and address! That's enough to meet the requirements when you're making an online purchase. I am not willing to take pictures of my bank card and my ID just to make a retail purchase. I received an order from them previously with no problems and then suddenly when I ordered the second time they wanted me to send more personal information that should not be required to buy anything online! I no longer trust purchasing anything from CHICME. I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED FROM ANY COMPANY ONLINE THAT HAS ASKED FOR ME TO SEND PHOTOS OF MY BANK CARD OR OF MYSELF JUST TO MAKE A PURCHASE. I AM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND FOR THE SHIPPING FEES THAT THEY TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!
