THis company ChicMe is a sham and out of China. So i guess you can decide from here. They send me a damaged outfit and refused to to refund me for it. Since it was damaged I offered to return it but at their shipping expense. They do not want to do this. i went back and forth with them for a month and they offered to reimburse me 20% and I keep the item and they since renigged. The outfit I ordered had ink or markers along the shoulder. THey refuse to do anything plus it took them three months before I even received the item. They are con artists!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHIC ME. THEY SUCK!!! 1/17/22
