I ordered my items on December9,22 I messaged them several times asking where my items were to be told absolutely nothing Then on January 17th I received a message to be told due to the weather it was delayed it took me over a month and a half to get my items that I order for Christmas . I came home from work on the same day on January 17th to received my items but just to be disappointed.. My items were not what I thought they would be one of the pairs of pants that I ordered were not pants they were very thin slickly like leggings that was not stated in the description that seemed stretched out. I ordered a Med I normally wear a small thinking they wear a pair of pants they fit like an xtra large I also ordered a pair of leather pants that were Med I normally wear a small I couldn’t get them over my thighs my 115lb daughter couldn’t even wear then seemed to be maybe youth size didn’t know they sold youth size . On top of that I order a pair of sleeper like shoes they had fake shoes laces that were glued on but the right shoe lace was tore off and barely hanging on it looked and felt like it had been worn and had been return before . I ordered a couple other things as well they were semi okay I messaged customer service to ask to return the 3 out of 5 items for a refund and was told they could give me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I responded how’s that going to work how am I supposed to wear items that don’t fit or wear items that are defective . To get a response that I needed to send pictures of questioned items to prove they don’t fit and that items are defective and then a decision will be made. Over a year ago I ordered just one signal shirt and it took over a month to receive but I figured okay accidents happen so I thought I give them another chance but never again I will just stick with Shein.
Chic Me Customer Service Horrible is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I RECOMMEND NOT TO BY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
