Items are low quality and cheaply made, hence the low prices. Returns are difficult. You go back and forth with an agent BUT there is 24 hours between each response so it can take a week. Many items are not returnable. Those that are they spend a week offering you an increasing discount to keep them(5%, 10%, 20%, 30% off to keep them). If you can get them to process the return authorization, you are responsible for return shipping costs and it may "get lost in the mail and never received" so you are out the money and the items. BUYER BEWARE.
