I placed an order in November, 2022. Just got it today Feb. 6, 2023. I contacted them to cancel my order and refund me. I received a response 24 hours later telling me I could not cancel it because it had already been shipped. They charged my credit card immediately, but it took them 3 months to deliver it! Most of it was Christmas stuff, that’s why I wanted to cancel it. Learned my lesson! Will NEVER order from this company again.
