Fraud!! Fraud! Do NOT ORDER FROM CHIC! They sold me a defective item which was entirely too small! Despite their return policy, CHIC refused to refund THE FULL amount OF A $24.00 blazer, they refused to pay the shipping cost ($15.00) for the return for a $24.00 jacket. I SENT PICTURES OF THE MISSING stitching and they basically refused to refund the cost of the item and provide a shipping label. Pure evil and a complete rip off. I will be contacting my bank and every consumer agency to get all my money refunded. I was told to send copy of the receipt and a picture of the package which I did. Yet, now they are holding me responsible for sending a cheap, defective product back to them and still holding my money 5-7 days; despite what their return policy states. I have never dealt with such a deceptive company, this is a form of online credit card fraud and I am going to continue to fight for my money back. Do not order from this company! Not mention waiting practically a month for the order a being told I could not cancel the order.
