Nothing I ordered looked in person like it did in the pictures and my items took nearly 2 months to arrive! The items are of very poor quality especially for the price (Shien has much better products and prices). I didn’t return anything or ask for a refund but I did leave poor reviews on their site. Eventually they emailed me asking if I would accept a partial refund to which I agreed. A few days later they emailed me again stating that I waited too long to “ask” for a refund. I’ve since responded indicating that I never asked for a refund and that they reached out to me first. However whoever is answering the messages apparently barely understands English and keeps sending me the same response over and over. It’s exhausting! I wish that I never bought from them.
