I ordered 2 dresses of the same style, different colours, I had to email a few times about them as they never arrived weeks later, they said that it was because it was a popular dress. Then they said they would fast track one of them , other to follow. One arrived, the material was awful, didn’t look like what i ordered. I tried to cancel the other dress, they said NO. Tried to send them both back, they offered me 5% off, then 10%. After back and forth emails, they said 50% refund and keep the dresses! They only gave me a refund for one!! When I emailed again, they rudely underlined my emailed accepting 50% off. I obviously responded and they have never replied. Very poor customer service
