Do not expect to get their "easy return" - They will waste so much of your time if you need to return and you'll have to be willing to invest hours to do enough complaining and slamming them on their websites to try to get the address to return to (and pay to send it) and then complain to the right places to get that refund - I think I've found one person in social media that was able to do it. ONE. I followed all instructions and they sent me TWO emails offering 10% of my money back for no good reason whatsoever. Plus, Shein sells many of the same things - cheaper no less - and the return process was easy. I'LL NEVER SHOP WITH CHIC ME EVER AGAIN.
