purchased 2 items a month ago. Have never been shipped to me. Says it's still processing. When you contact them they have no phone number to contact anyone. Tells you that you have to wait 24 hours for a response. At this point I want my money back. Terrible customer service. And the Facebook messenger keeps saying it doesn't understand when you ask why. Then just stops responding.
