I did receive my items two of them didn’t fit. I emailed customer service, for a return address. Got the return address, took the items to the post office. I had to pay for shipping and handling, they have the items. I still have yet to get a refund. This was my first and will be last time ordering from them. I’ll stick to shein, at least you don’t have to pay to have things sent back. And shein delivers faster! Stay away from chic me, clothes are over priced anyway!!!
