Well, what went wrong is 1. I ordered some items and it took 3+ weeks before it said delivered. Tried to get it cancelled because the event I ordered the items had passed. 2. Although it says delivered, the items were not received, and customer service is no help. I wouldn't recommend. I know others might've had better experiences, but mines was a disappointment.
