I ordered my size dress, but it's too small. I wanted to exchange it, like the policy says you can. But the responses I continued to receive were 10% refund, 15% refund, 30%refund and keep the dress. That's unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Now I see why they don't use PayPal, because will get your money back. I won't shop with Chicme again no matter how cute the merchandise is. #pissed
