I placed an order and it took a month after that I received a text stating my package was delivered problem was I never received. I complained to chic me and was told to file a complaint with post office and get a complaint number so I did. Then chic me stated they will not refund me because the post office lost my package and they offered me a 10 dollar coupon. I spent 80 dollars on clothing I never received and they offered a 10 dollar coupon! Post office doesn't refund money I paid to chic me. Poor customer service! Audrey continued to state they can't refund me. I have paid for a product I never received and they can't refund me. They don't care about customers! I am not asking for hand out just give me what I paid for. Beware!!!!
