Disappointment 1st time customer
Placed an order. Maybe about a month later I realized I didn’t receive my order. I then had to send about three emails in order for a response. To where I never got a straight answer back in regards to where my order was. Later on the day, I received an email stating my my package with now soon be delivered. At that point I want to go to track my package and there was no status update.. the following day I want to check no status update. The third day I want to check and it said please be patient. Your package is being prepared. Once I receive the package, I want to try everything on and it was way too large. No I ordered what would normally be my regular size but it seems like this company clothing runs off size. Same day as delivery I tried on the clothes and I went to request a refund to submit the clothing back. The customer service is really terrible. I sent an email informing CHIC ME that the clothing or two large and I would like to send them back in. Someone there responded back to me, asking me for the information that I already provided in my initial email such as the order number and the items and i inquired about a return address. I once again provided this information . Someone then responded back the following day, trying to bribe me of keeping the clothing telling me that it will cost me more to send back, then just to keep the clothing. I politely inform them that the clothes away too big, and I would prefer to get a refund or to be able to just simply exchange the items for the correct size. I got a response back the following day saying please keep the clothing and we will often 30% which I declined. I received an email the following day stating keep the clothing & we will give you 40% back which I declined. At this point, I’m irritable because this is the first time I’ve given this site try and experience so far has been unbearable. I once again asked for a return address which I’ve asked for four times at this point. I was done informed again. They suggest that I have really keep the clothing and take the bribe. I strongly suggested to them that they give me the return address so I can return the clothing that are way too large. My total for everything was about $93 $94. Once I provided sheet me with the receipt from the Postal Service along with the tracking number and the week that they requested, I was told that I will be receiving about $75 $76 back. At that point I didn’t even question it because I just wanted to be 100% done with this company. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced in life online shopping wise I’m not even a review type of woman but I could not let this one just go. If I can prevent anyone else from going through this experience I will. A waste of time. I would have preferred for them to at least offered to exchange the clothing for the correct size, but that wasn’t even an option.
