If I could give 0 star I would, I have been fighting with them for over a month now to get my refund on goods. They have no intention of refunding you, they steal your money. Send a return label that cannot be delivered to the return address as they have a message to Royal Mail, saying they have not to deliver to that address. So as the parcel cannot be delivered they say they can't refund you until they have received the parcel, which will never be delivered due to Royal Mail not being allowed to deliver to that address. Disgusting way to treat anyone. I have already contacted the Federal Trade Commission to start processes of stopping them trading in the UK.
