Worst customer service completey. Totally rude, not reading my messages properly, telling me I have to sort the problem and them completely avoiding their responsibility. So I order over 100 euro worth and got it delivered. Fastway driver stated the package was delivered even though it was not, fastway then admitted to me that they delivered it to the wrong address. I was told I should check the other address it was sent to. Even though it is not my job to do this, I done it anyway, the other address said nothing was delivered. Chic me and fastway are trying to avoid taking responsibility for this issue making me the customer to do their jobs. Worse experience ever. I expect the company impurchasd my products from to ensure customer satisfaction, not pass the responsibility ontk the custkmer. the courier has blatantly addmitted delivering to the wrong address and expect me to chase around after it. Even though i have because of the amount I spent and found nothing was delivered. The company chic me should be sorting this with fastway, not me, and issuinv me a refund for my inconvenience. Disgracefully service, no such thing as gelping a distraught customer out. I wojkc most definitely not recommend any buy from tjis website, unless you plan on loosknb your money. Outrage is not the word.
