Ordered summer trousers. I was waiting more than a month for order to be delivered. The quality is horrible, nothing like described on their website. I thought that returning the order would be straightforward but no...I had to chase them up to even reply to my emails. And then when thwy finally replied I was given 2 options: 10% off on next order or 10% refund. What a joke! Don't buy anything from them. I will never buy again from ChicMe, never. I would give zero stara if that would be possible.
