My package took 4 weeks to arrive even though based in the uk. The item was to small so not true to size I requested a return label which took 4 days to come after taking the item to the post office and providing a tracking number. They then said provide a pic of the tracking item no pic no refund took 4 attempts to get this over which I feel are delaying tactics. I am still awaiting a refund I will never use this company again
