The company forces postal service to not return packages and they leave shoes in large boxes and your clothing outside even in high theft areas in Chicago they don't issue refunds at all if items are missing when you get home. They show little care or concerns for consumers. Please don't shop with them unless u can wait ten days and know your mailman.
