I’ve been trying for a week to get a refund. Multiple emails back and forth and no one will send me a refund or return label. They keep trying to send me other offers. I’ve requested a return label and a full refund and I can not get anyone to help. This is a very shady company. You won’t get any customer service. I gave one star because I had to
