This company should be taken off the Internet, they should be stopped from trading in the UK. They are VERY terrible and as a merchant using several payments portals. I'm shocked that they do not know what a refund is. Despite reading all the bad reviews, i decided to try and order some cloths for my holiday. I ordered from them and used Clearpay, but didn't receive the package and they are refusing me a refund even though everyone can see clearly on the evri tracking website that it hasn't been delivered. They're now saying I should deal with the delivery company then after, they may be able to offer me a 'REASONABLE' compensation. Never buy from them, it was my first time and it will definitely be my last! Now I'm paying for what I don't have and Clearpay isn't helping at all. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CHICME. THEY ARE FAKE.
