Bought 4 pairs of shoes on my first order. Love them however they are too small so I asked for an exchange. I was offered to keep the items and revive a 10% discount to reorder. When I asked again to exchange they came back with the same response but giving me option of 20%. This is time consuming and not helping solve my issue. I love the shoes and 4 pair is a lot to take a hit money wise. I am still waiting on a response to exchange for same items different size. I don't want to keep them. They are useless to me in this size. FYI I ordered my typical 8 size shoe and they were all just a bit small so recommend sizing up on this company's shoes.
