If I could give less than a one I would. Absolutely disgusting in regards to refunding back your money. They offer percentages i.e 10% then 30% refund on items that are damaged and then add you can keep the item..! Who wants to keep a torn dress and only receive a percentage of the full price. Never again. Should have learnt my lesson the first time round! Still waiting for refund on first order 42 days and counting.
