I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, and received only 1 pair. It took over 3 months to get that. I requested a refund but when I chatted with support team they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase, and after much back and forth said they would resend me the 2 missing pairs. It's 4 months later and still no shoes. I was OK not getting a refund only if they sent me the missing part of my order. I even sent Chic Me pictures of the package I received and they agreed I did not receive the shoes. I'm extremely disappointed and will not shop here again. I've yet to receive a refund or my shoes I paid for.
