I put a order in for some holiday clothes in July for my holiday in august, my order did not come until after my holiday I decided I would keep 3 of the items and return the rest , I contacted them to ask how I return and a list of what I wanted to return, I then get an email asking what I wanted to return so I send items again, I then get email saying 30% refund and you keep clothes I said no they don’t fit I wish to return, I then get one saying 50% refund and keep the clothes I then asked on how much refund thinking I will try and sell to make my money back I have just received email telling me iv run out of time now so no return or refund I am absolutely boiling because it is them who have just wasted time , Wouldn’t advise anyone to order from here
