I’m very suspicious of a company that you cannot call because the line is busy during the times that you list on your company contact! I received my sweater and it is cheaply made to be direct. I’ve sent it back yesterday 922 to Heathers Motty 3711 S Ashland Ave., Chicago, IL 60609. This was the only address given on the package. Although initially I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one, the material was so thin, pearls were fewer and farther between than the picture, very cheaply made so I WANT MY FULL REFUND!
