I placed an order August 24th and it is now October 3rd and I haven't received my order. I have contacted customer support 4 or 5 times and I just get the standard response saying someone will be in touch. I have repeatedly asked for my money back with no response. I am not happy with this company and I will tell everyone you guys are a scam.
