Awful company AVOID - SCAMMERS
Awful company. Both of my parcels went missing and they refused to refund me as they said it’s the couriers fault. Raised with courier who said it’s chicme responsibility. Went back to chicme and told I won’t be getting a refund. Don’t waste your money on this scam Chinese company
