Initially order 4 items. 2 of the items were out of stock . After the fact I did Afterpay on them . I get a message from support stating to choose other items that were in stock. I did. The price was lower than my original total . Tried to see if that could be changed, provided the proof that Afterpay was taking too much from my account they claim they didn’t see the merchant but the information I sent them had the exact order # on the transaction history. Took over a month for my package to come then when it was delivered it was not delivered to the right address. Contacted the post office and chicme and chicme will not provide a refund after me not receiving my items . I’ve never had this problem in the past . I will never shop from this company again. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I lost out on $75 that I can’t get back . Please beware of shopping with this company. I’ve shopped with them in the past a few times and never had an issue . They aren’t willing to help nor refund or compensate anything . You’ll be just at a lost .
