Customer service is horrible! Delivery time frame is horrible. It has been the estimated 35 days and my package still isn’t here. I reached out to customer service and they told me I had to file a claim with the shipping company! I’m not understanding why I have to file a claim when I never had contact with the package. I will never order from them again! I don’t recommend anyone to order from them. At this point I just want my money back. I am upset and just not use to doing business this way.
