I am trying to return 3 items that are to large and they are giving me a hard time. I submitted a ticket and they want to reduce the price by 30percent but I want a full refund as they advertise free return and no problem if you have to return a product that does not fit. I am not a satisfied customer. I am keeping 4 items and want to return 3. I have shopped on line before and never had this problem with other companies.
