I placed my order on November 26. It is December 21 and nothing. I continue to email customer service and am told to be patient (many times), they have asked the warehouse to expedite the products and so on. I would be willing to change this review if by some miracle, it arrives before Christmas. I am disappointed. Based on reviews, this is not the norm. My hope is getting the products or my money back.
