I am trying to send to items back out of 7, can I get any straightforward reply, No, they want me to accept 25% of the refund, no I want a full refund like is advertised. Plus I haven't received the other items I wanted for before Christmas!!!! . I just want the addresse to send these parcels back . Can anyone help ?
