I am rating their customer service more than anything. They do accommodate by offering refunds or partial refunds. However, I only end up keeping about 20% of my purchases because most of the items are either too small or two see-through for my liking. Most of the time, though, it is because the item is actually off in size. I unfortunately won't be ordering from them anymore because I have had this issue during all three times I have purchased from them.
