The shoes were too big I wanted to exchange for the right size. The first offer was 10%. That was a joke the sex offer was 30%still silly. I accepted the 30% just to get done with Chicme and your foolishness. You're customer service sucks it always has. I gave Chicme another chance still the same foolishness. I'm done
