What a company to deal with all I wanted was a refund , unable to speak with anyone direct , u are sent to a link where u have to pay a fee then join a monthly membership fee just to try and start the return process , very un professional if I had of know this before I purchased the jeans I definitely would not have purchased them . I would not recommend Chic Me to anyone
