Absolutely shocking, rude and ignorant customer services. Still waiting almost 30 days for a refund, even though they have confirmed my order was received weeks ago, blaming COVID. Then asked me for proof of returns!! AFTER they had confirmed my items were received and which items they were!!!!!
Funnily enough no other problems with other online retailers. Will never use again and will be taking it further if I don't get my money. Thieves.
