I returned over £400 worth of items to them over 6 weeks ago and despite going back and forth with emails and showing proof of delivery back to them, they are refusing my refund. “Avoid ordering from Chi Chi London, I had to returning a dress what was too big for me costing £98.99 I had email after email saying my refund would clear within 3-5 days months later still no refund, Luckily I had a receipt from the post office for proof that I had sent back, I paid through PayPal too so I was able to open a case against Chi Chi London. They then sent another email to say my refund would clear within 3-5 days, weeks later nothing so I then escalated the case with PayPal and luckily the case has now gone in my favour and I should receive my full refund in a few days.
This has been on going since June, hopefully I’m getting my money back in a few days which will be early September.”

“This company used to be brilliant, however last year I bought two dresses from them but had to return it. I spent ages chasing for my refund with no response whatsoever. Thankfully I had the email from them confirming my return as well as them stating that they will send me my refund so I disputed both charges with my bank. Thankfully, I’ve got my money back, but for them to continue to advertise and sell clothing knowing that they are not going to send anything to people is absolutely criminal. I believe the company has gone into liquidation and maybe creditors are trying to get the money back, which is why they are scamming people.”

“I've had a bad experience with Chi Chi in the past, waiting over a month for a refund. However this time I waited less than a week for the email confirming my return had been received and for the refund to arrive in my bank. I did pay £12 postage to return my items as I wanted to make sure they were returned to the warehouse ok, but I do think it's worth it for piece of mind. Hopefully they are trying to turn their negative reviews around!”
