If normally fit a size 14 saw a chi chi London dress, some say you need to go up a size for dress to fit on reviews, is this the case as need to have it sent before Friday so need to get right first time but don't want it to look baggy as off the shoulder style nor too tight. What bust, waist measurements is a size 14 going to fit
