Avoid ordering from Chi Chi London, I had to returning a dress what was too big for me costing £98.99 I had email after email saying my refund would clear within 3-5 days months later still no refund, Luckily I had a receipt from the post office for proof that I had sent back, I paid through PayPal too so I was able to open a case against Chi Chi London. They then sent another email to say my refund would clear within 3-5 days, weeks later nothing so I then escalated the case with PayPal and luckily the case has now gone in my favour and I should receive my full refund in a few days. This has been on going since June, hopefully I’m getting my money back in a few days which will be early September.
