“I have been chasing refunds since 3rd July for over £300 worth of dresses and I have just seen the company fell into administration this month.
The company has been bought by Reem Clothing. Has anyone been in contact with them at all?”

“I ordered a dress for my 40th Birthday. It never arrived and so when I enquired they had said it had been returned to their warehouse even though I had not received it. That was over a month ago now and I still have not received a refund. I have tried calling, emailing and messaging of various sites and I am completely ignored. They took the €105 from me, I never got the dress and now no refund!! I never write reviews but this has infuriated me!”

I have returned my 2 orders for over £200 47 days ago. Since then I have send them many email asking for refund for which they have replied with automatic email. Customer service phone line does not work.
I am considering making claim under Dispute resolution and reporting them for breaking consumer right.
They are scammers and thievs.”
