I have returned my 2 orders for over £200 47 days ago. Since then I have send them many email asking for refund for which they have replied with automatic email. Customer service phone line does not work.
I am considering making claim under Dispute resolution and reporting them for breaking consumer right.

“Haven't returned money back
I bought 5 dresses. Only one fit well, the rest were two big. I returned them to the store and received their confirmation of the receipt on 14th July 2023. They say in their policy that they refund returned goods as quickly as rthey can. It can take up to 28 days for thereturn to be processed, and a further 2-5 working days for the refund to either enter your account. It has been 52 days since they confirmed the receipt of the goods and I still haven't received my money back despite two emails I sent them.
In case a Chi Chi London customer team member reads this, the number of my order is 571576.”
“Unfortunately I have to agree. If I could score less I would. The sizing was totally wrong. The fabric was cheap. I returned the dress and after 4 weeks and explaining what the current retail laws are regarding refunds I eventually got my money back.”
