"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS ANYTHING!!!!!!!\r\nYOU PLACE AN ORDER, IT COMES, THEY SEND THE WRONG SIZE. THEN THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 28 DAYS FOR A REFUND. I SPENT 2 HOURS, YES 2 HOURS ON HOLD TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I STARTED AT NUMBER 5 IN THE QUEUE. I GOT TO NUMBER 1 THEN AFTER 45MINS IT JUST CUTS OFF. 2 HOURS IN TOTAL!!!!!!!!!!!\r\nI HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND I JUST KEEP GETTING THE SAME \"GENERIC\" REPLY. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH NOT TO ORDER FROM CHI CHI. THEY WILL POSSIBLY SEND YOU THE WRONG SIZE (US instead of UK) AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET A REFUND. I SO WISH I HAD LOOKED AT REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. I WILL BE GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Total thief\u2019s, I bought a dress on the 7th of December returned it on the 9th they received it on the 13th and I\u2019m still waiting for my refund that apparently takes 28 days!!! It didn\u2019t take them 28 days to take my money from me!!!! I\u2019m getting married on the 28th of February and I ordered a wedding dress from them but ordered one size bigger as apparently that\u2019s what you need to do when purchasing wedding dresses but it was too big so sent it back straight away so I could reorder a smaller size but I can tell you now that won\u2019t be happening because there customer service is horrendous!! Avoid at all costs!!! I use asos because they\u2019re so good and their customer service is amazing."

"Well done chi chi for sending out poorly made, damaged clothing and still charging money!!!!\r\n\r\nSent out a dress that looked like a return item, screwed up and creased and beads missing........agreed to replace the item and sent out another with beads all loose......I returned it for a refund and they refunded MINUS the shipping charge! \r\n\r\nSo basically a company that sends out shoddy items, doesn't refund easily (multiple emails back n forth before they agreed) and charge postage for sending said items\r\n\r\nWouldn't mind paying the postage if I had something to show for it\r\n\r\nOnce they agreed a refund this was done quickly once they received the item back but the process of multiple emails to get them to agree is long"
