Thieves and liars! Please do not buy from these scammers. I placed my order in January 2022 for dresses worth £700, the quality of dresses was very poor, I returned straight away, they acknowledged the receipt, but refuse to process a refund. They are crooks! I am taking them to court, but even there they lie that no such customer purchased from them and hence no refund is due. I have order confirmation, return acknowledgment, correspondence via their site and emails, they are plain liars!

Sent dress back 28 sept & still no refund as of 16 nov. Constantly ignored over about 8 emails. PayPal now getting refund for me (although chi chi are ignoring their request too) DO NOT buy from them as they are 💯 con artists . You have been warned about them so don’t complain when you can’t get refund

Returned 2 orders and they arrived at the warehouse on the 26th June, still waiting almost 3 months later. Sent numerous customer service tickets and a complaint, still nothing. Trying to look up to how to take this further. Like many others I can't afford to lose £100!!

I’ve been waiting well over a month for a refund and can’t get hold of anyone. I’ve emailed twice and been given a generic response so I emailed saying I want more information not just the generic response and got no reply. £200 of dresses as I ordered a few to try, and no refund :(

I sent a dress back,nice dress but just didn’t suit me! I had to wait 35 days for a refund!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!😡 there’s no technical reason why a refund should take that long!! Looking at a lot of other people’s experiences, they keep doing this! I wish I had looked at reviews PRIOR to ordering… AND I’m £8 out of pocket for the postage costs!!. A company shouldn’t be allowed to behave in this way! Absolutely diabolical. I’ll never shop there again😡, rather short sighted of them though, as obviously they’ll lose a lot of custom once people become wise to their wrong doings!! AVOID IF YOU DON’T WANT HASSLE!!!!!

Do not order from this company!!! I paid for next day delivery only to receive the dresses two weeks later. Customer service is none existent. They do not answer phones or reply to emails. I have now been waiting six weeks to get my refund and again, nobody answers the phones. How can I be caller number 1 for over an hour???? Clearly there is nobody actually taking the calls. Quality of the dresses is very poor and cheaply made. Not worth all this hassle.

Total scammers. Returned dresses beginning of December. Still waiting for my refund. Generic emails received, not helpful at all. Waiting time for a phonecall is over one hour. Do yourself a favour, shop elsewhere 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! *** I returned my order on the 12th of November and after a few weeks they finally confirmed that they have received my return on the 25th of November and that they would refund me within 28 days. Fast forward 28 days and i was told i would get my refund by the end of the week. Message them on friday and they say i would get my refund bu the end of the day! Did i?? Nope.... now its bank holidays and they are of course close. They phone lines are also always closed! Refund me my £250!! I have reported you to Trading Standards!

I unfortunately thought I was dealing with a reputable company, my mistake. I ordered two dresses size 16, one was a true size 16, the other was a size 6, so I sent the size 6 back with an email explaining that I need a refund and to not charge me return postage as it’s their fault(along with photos of the tag in the dress showing it’s a size 6 not a size 16. I acknowledged that they received my return. But I keep getting the run around, saying it’s with the accounts department, really it’s taking so long, never again will I buy from this company such so unprofessional, I considering taking my complaint to body in London something needs to be done about them

I ordered some dresses for my daughter to try for a wedding and sent back the ones that didn’t suit, which we got refunded for. While at the wedding my daughter notice the stitching on the dress had come away so we got in touch with chi chi who asked for photos, which we sent and they offered us 20% back which we refused. Eventually after numerous emails back and forth we were told they didn’t receive the dress to which we then sent proof of posting and proof that they had received the dress, they eventually agreed on a full refund which we are still waiting for. My husband emailed them again last night and they said we had been refunded but that was for the dresses that we initially returned and not the faulty one. This is so unprofessional this has been going on since the 27th of August and it’s now the 23rd of November. We were told on the 31st October it have been sent to the refund department 🤷🏼‍♀️. I have bought from here numerous times but you’ve lost a customer. Please refund us what we’re due.

Terrible customer service , I’ve ordered some clothes since 2 months and they were suppose to send it to me in Côte d’Ivoire , Africa. My order never arrived and I’ve tried to call them and send some emails . After a long time before answering to my email, they asked me to talk directly to the carrier ( FEDEX) to know where my order is. They didn’t assist me ! I have no idea how to talk to FedEx also. So my money is lost because I don’t know what to do. This website is not a good website.

Sent item back 28sep, they said not received til 11oct. Promised refund on multiple occasions when they could be bothered to reply. Apparently my refund bounced back to them 🤷‍♀️ ( mmmm never heard of that excuse before) . Had to get PayPal involved & hey finally got a refund today 19 nov. Will NEVER order from them again or ever recommend to anyone . Avoid this awful company

I sent my order back on the 10th of September and I am still waiting on my refund, this has now taken well over a month. I have raised a ticket which was responded to and was told it had not been scanned back into their warehouse until the 29th of October and it would now take approximately 14 days for my money to be returned, also, an email would notify me of this. Surprisingly, it is now over 16 days, and still no money, and still no email. If you are buying from this company I would think twice. If I could give them no star rating I would.

I ordered a dress from Chi Chi for my graduation over the summer which fell to pieces throughout the day of my graduation (the first and only time I had worn this dress). I contacted them online and was told if I returned the dress along with my other returned items I would receive a full refund as there were no replacement dresses in stock. It took way over 10 days for me to receive a refund and when it was finally sent I realised they had not included the money for my faulty worn and returned graduation dress - only refunding me for the unworn and packaged items I returned. I contacted them to ask where my refund for the faulty dress is and they demanded I showed them proof of the conversation where I was told I could have a refund, which I was able to do so. They then took OVER A MONTH to respond to this email and in October I was told that i need proof of postage of this parcel in order to receive my refund. I was outraged as I knew my parcel had been received because I was refunded for the other items in the parcel. As it is now November, and I sent my return in July, I am no longer in possession of my proof of postage. Not only am I not able to be refunded for my expensive dress but I am now not even in possession of the dress anymore - so I have been charged for a dress I do not have and cannot take to be repaired. I really do feel cheated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took 35 days to acknowledge a return and a further 5 days to refund. No apology and even charged me for the return parcel even though there service was shocking! Do NOT buy from them!

I Ordered a dress on 28th September and it was returned by Envi on the 12th October and chi chi said it was in their warehouse on 20th October as since then emails to them reply from Emellia and Ellie saying my refund is with the refund team. I have been so stressed its a lot of money to me . I have now got on to my bank and reported it so I hope now they will sort it out for me . Think this company should be reported keeping our money into their bank and making interest. It's a shame because the clothes are lovely. But customer services is really bad

I can see lots of customers are having the same issue with this company. They have failed to refund me in accordance with their own refund policy (which already breaches the requirements of consumer rights act) so I have raised a dispute through PayPal, raised a case through the Resolver website and, if they still fail to refund me, will raise a small claim through Money Claim online. It’s cheap and easy to do and Chi Chi London will have to pay you the money your owed + interest + your costs

Don’t buy from them! If you need to return a item they don’t refund and steal your money. Not willing to help unless you kept the postage receipt from 6 weeks prior after getting emails to confirm parcel received. Never dealt with a company like it and £80 down. Avoid.

I had ordered a good few dresses after hearing the sizes weren't great so I had a few dresses in 2 different sizes turned out one was to big the other was to small so had to return them all. I am still wanting on the refunds and I bought through clear pay so now stressing I am going to have to pay this big amount that I actually don't really have. I no this is my mistake but I just assumed it would be refunded like every other site 😬 absolutely would not ordered from again mostly for the fact the return time is ridiculous says to wait up to 21days never heard anything like it in my life but also the sizing Is awful which is a shame cause the dresses are beautiful.

I ordered two sizes of a dress, when it came I didn’t like the quality of the material. I’ve waited almost a month for a refund, still waiting. Very frustrating and off putting for future orders.
