I Ordered a dress on 28th September and it was returned by Envi on the 12th October and chi chi said it was in their warehouse on 20th October as since then emails to them reply from Emellia and Ellie saying my refund is with the refund team.
I have been so stressed its a lot of money to me .
I have now got on to my bank and reported it so I hope now they will sort it out for me .
Think this company should be reported keeping our money into their bank and making interest.
It's a shame because the clothes are lovely.
But customer services is really bad
