“Stay clear of this company.... awaiting a refund after 3 weeks of a confirmation email stating it'd be refunded they've taken two more payments via clearpay. Total abysmal service no answer to 5 emails and no phone line..”

“Reading other similar reviews I don’t understand how this company is getting away with the way they are treating their customers. Plenty of other businesses to choose from who understand customer service. Item had been delivered to them over a week before they acknowledged they got it. After 2 MONTHS and numerous chasing by email , I received my refund.”

“Absolutely rubbish customer service. My return was accepted on 19th July and they just wont correspond with you. No phone number to chase up. No response to your emails. Absolutely diabolical way to run a business!”

“I ordered a dress which I returned and received confirmation on the 4th July they received it in the warehouse. 48 days later I am still waiting on a refund! I have sent them a number of emails and at first they did reply apologising saying they would issue the refund as soon as possible but now they just ignore my emails. I have messaged them on social media but still no response and I am quickly seeing that this is what this company do as there are lots of people not receiving refunds. Do not order from them! I have had to tick 1 star on this review however it’s worthy of 0 as I will never order from them again. I don’t know how they are getting away with keeping peoples money! Please be aware and don’t order!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! 42 days and still no refund !!! No reply to any emails only automated ones, no reply to any messenger messages, no reply to any twitter messages, and an automated message on the phone line that says they're are busy and it cuts off !!!!! Wish I had seen the endless crappy reviews before ordering !!! Still owed over £100”

“Returned 2 dresses over 6 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund. They have acknowledged the return but still no refund, I feel robbed and cheated, especially as they refuse to get back to all the emails I’ve been sending. Potential shoppers, don’t give these thieves your money as you will never see it back if you return anything. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID”

“Ordered two dresses, returned one and still waiting on a refund it’s been well over the 28 day period was returned 27th scanned into the warehouse on the 6th and told multiple times that it is being issued still nothing. Used the company for years for occasion wear but would not use again after this”

“I sent my order back to the warehouse on 26th June, which customer services said they received. Customer services said could take a month but now its been over 6 weeks and still they haven't refunded me. They are not reply to my e-mails and you cannot ring them. Do not order from them !!!!!!!”

“I returned an item to Chi Chi London over a month ago. I was not able to contact their customer service via telephone, so I sent them an email with proof that they had in fact received the return item and that I required my refund. To date, one month on, I am yet to receive my refund of £62.49. I am not a happy customer and will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. I fail to understand why they find it necessary to hold on to their customers funds after the item or items have been returned. This is not a reputable company.”
