“They received my item back on 28th May finaly refunded 30th june. This is unacceptable. Will never order again from them. Shein refund within a 2 to 3 days”

“Placed 2 separate orders, 4 dresses in total. One dress was skater style and the hem was far from straight. The others, overall I expected better quality for the money so I ended up sending them all back. Chi Chi confirmed receipt of my items on 16th May. Then the wait....... The confirmation email tells you to wait 28 days then a further 2-5 working days (for what? I don't know). Chased up after waiting the ridiculous 5 weeks to be told my refund is due shortly... What does that mean?? They are outside of THEIR OWN refund policy, then to not even give a timeframe is unacceptable. If I do not hear today, I will go through Paypal for my refund.”
“Beautiful dresses, however the bridesmaids tried them on and said the material was itchy around their backs, I returned these and from the day they received them back it’s taken 45 days to receive the refund into my account which I think is disgraceful! Customer services not very helpful.”

Absolutely ridiculous!😡 there’s no technical reason why a refund should take that long!! Looking at a lot of other people’s experiences, they keep doing this! I wish I had looked at reviews PRIOR to ordering… AND I’m £8 out of pocket for the postage costs!!.
