Do not buy anything from these people! Dress arrived posted back on 7th June l my tracking confirmed it arrived with them on 11th. Several emails later I am still awaiting my refund. They initially just delayed saying 28days plus 2-5 to process and that more emails would come. They have stated the item was scanned into their warehouse on 14th June yet we are on 13th July and no money! Shocking service and going by the other reviews I am not the only person in this position! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They are breaching statutory rights and in my opinion this is now theft!
